Positive: I really enjoyed my stay at this resort. The room area was nice and spacious. I also liked the amenities offered to me at this location. The location was nice and easy to find. My car felt safe in the parking garage
Negative: I wish that the TV offered streaming services (unless I couldn't find it). I also wish there were an indoor pool offered, or at least a heating system within the pool. The directions to get to my room were a little difficult with the multiple building.
Summary: Overall, I really enjoyed my trip here. It was a nice experience that I would really recommend.

Positive: The bed was comfortable. Pillows too stiff. It was kind of a maze and would be helpful Had there been more signage on where things were it was weird trying to connect between one building and another and having to find the parking level, etc..

Positive: The location was great and the views were incredible. The room was nice and private. Beds were comfortable.
Negative: We wish the hot tub area had been much larger or that there was more than one area. It was crowded with adults and kids swimming like it was a pool. The carpet in our room need to be restretched and would have been difficult had someone been in a wheelchair or crutches. The shower leaked and made a mess on the ground.
Summary: We enjoyed the stay and would return.

Positive: The location and layout of the room was amazing. The amenities in the room were great but not everything worked well.
Negative: The bedroom remote did not work and the one to the other TV was missing. Maintenance did arrive and say the remote was probably barrier in the couch which my daughter was asleep on at the time but we never found it. The remote to the bedroom wasn’t charged so I charged it and tried it and it ended up not working. By the evening time when I tried it, it wasn’t worth contacting maintenance again because we were checking out in the morning. The garage door wasn’t operating correctly and they did get a service technician out to fix it but an inconvenience. The pan I tried using at the top was not being detected to heat up and kept shutting off. I switched pans and ended up working. I completely understand maintenance and issues but they definitely piled up too much for the short time we were there. Also the outside fireplace doesn’t have any instructions. I was trying to find the key which was located under the BBQ along with a lighter that was out of fluid. Finally was told by another individual that lives there it was on a timer.

Negative: Being on ground floor, the room needed net curtains instead we had the normal curtains closed and lights on during the day. There was only one chair for two guests in the room.
